Who Should Buy This
This Sony WH-CH720N headset is perfect for people who want good sound quality and comfort. It is great for those who like to listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks for a long time. If you need noise canceling to focus in busy places, these headphones will help. Also, if you use voice assistants like Alexa, this headset makes it easy to control your music and get information hands-free.
However, if you want headphones for professional music mixing or very high-end sound, these might not be the best choice. Our Testing Experience
First Impressions
When I first took the Sony WH-CH720N headphones out of the box, I was surprised at how light they felt. Weighing just 192 grams, they seemed almost weightless on my head. The white color looked sleek and modern. I immediately paired them with my phone via Bluetooth, which was quick and easy. Putting them on, I noticed the soft cushioning and how comfortable they felt around my ears right away. It didn’t feel bulky or heavy like some other headphones I’ve tried before.
Daily Use
Over the next few days, I wore these headphones during my work calls, while listening to music, and even while walking around outside. The noise canceling really made a difference, especially in noisy environments like cafes and public transport. I could hear my music clearly without turning the volume up too high. The Alexa built-in feature was handy for quick questions and setting reminders without needing to reach for my phone. Wearing them for hours felt easy thanks to their lightweight design.
Key Features in Action
The Dual Noise Sensor Technology combined with Sony’s Integrated Processor V1 impressed me the most. It blocked out a lot of background noise, making the music or calls sound crisp and clear. The microphone worked well too, picking up my voice clearly during calls. I also loved how the headphones adjusted quickly when I turned on noise canceling. The sound quality was balanced and enjoyable, whether I was listening to podcasts or upbeat tracks.
Long-Term Performance
After using the Sony WH-CH720N for a couple of weeks, I can say they held up very well. The battery lasted through my daily use without needing frequent recharges. The comfort didn’t fade, and the headphones still felt just as light as the first day. The noise canceling remained effective, and the Bluetooth connection stayed stable. Overall, these headphones have become my go-to for both work and leisure, thanks to their comfort and solid performance over time.
